Easy route from LIE:
Take LIE to Exit 62 (Nicholls Road) and take Nicholls Road North
Get onto Portion Road going WEST
(There will be two right-hand turn-offs north of the LIE. It's the 2nd one, and will cloverleaf around)
Make a Right at the 3rd light onto S. Howell Ave (if you hit the Dairy Barn, you've gone too far)
Once on S. Howell, you will pass 4 stop signs. AFTER the 4th stop sign (Hettys Path), make the
next Left onto Songsparrow Lane.
Make the first Right onto Shearwater Way.
We're about halfway up the block on the right, where the road makes a HARD left.
